Poem #2

You leave me behind in total bliss,
Leaving me with a dream and a wish.
You've given me hope and broadened my view,
Of all that is everything and all that is you.

You leave me behind in warm security,
Wrapped in a blanket spun with threads of serenity.
And with each new thread a new day begins,
Holding the same warmth and the same feelings.

You leave me behind in the purest of heavens,
A soulful cloud of softness and a 7/11.
You are an angel that walks upon the dirt,
And I am a human that walks above the Earth.

You leave me behind in a state of confusion,
But then you came back, and I realize my confusion was all a delusion.
